On arrival into Melbourne, shuttle transfer to accommodation - SEVEN nights.

Day 5 - Melbourne - Lanes & Arcades tour & Tennis Night Session
This morning Indulge with a casual walk through Melbourne's lanes and arcades in small groups to engage in the life of this city which many miss. Discover local designers and specialty retailers, tiny cafés and more. A little history and attention to amazing architecture will inspire locals and visitors alike. Lunch is included. Get orientated and return to those places you like best in the afternoon, at your leisure.

Day 6 - Melbourne - Phillip Island
Late morning depart Melbourne on your small group tour for Phillip Island. Get up close and personal with the friendly residents of Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park, hand-feed kangaroos and wallabies, have your photo taken with a koala (small fee applies) and learn about the conservation of these amazing animals. This Eco-certified sanctuary showcases the famous and endangered faces of Australias wildlife, including the southern bettong, eastern quolls and rare fluffy gliders. From here we travel to historic Churchill Island, where you will see sheep shearing and working dogs in action. On Phillip Island we visit the stunning Cape Woolamai surf beach, see the Nobbies and Seal Rocks before arriving at the Penguin Parade where you will view the penguins from the "Penguins Plus" viewing platform; Home to Victorias largest colony of little penguins, Summerland Beach provides the backdrop to the world famous Penguin Parade. Watch as hundreds of little penguins make their way across the beach and return to their sand dune burrows.

Day 7 - Melbourne - Tennis Day Session

Day 8 - Melbourne - Great Ocean Road
Depart Melbourne and travel west to the start of the Great Ocean Road passing through the coastal towns of Lorne and Apollo Bay with stops along the way to take in the breathtaking views. Journey through the luscious surrounds of the Otway ranges and some of the tallest eucalyptus trees in Australia. Arrive at the iconic Cape Otway Lighthouse, mainland Australia's oldest surviving lighthouse and enjoy views over the Southern Ocean and Bass Strait from the lighthouse, then enjoy an Aussie BBQ lunch. After lunch discover the Shipwreck Coast, stroll along the historic beaches and see Loch Ard Gorge. Arrive at the 12 Apostles and descend the Gibsons Steps where you will be dwarfed by the high cliff line and these enormous offshore stacks.

Day 9 - Melbourne

    You will then be transported to the launch site where you may help with the launch, or stand back and take pictures. Then away we go, drifting gently over the city of Melbourne in our beautiful balloon. Your flight will last for approximately one hour.

    Learn how to swirl, sniff and slurp, then you’ll be ready to taste some of the Yarra's best wines, Yering Station’s award winning classic Australian wine, Rochford Wines with traditional wine making methods in their cellar door and French Champagne company Moet & Chandon's Australian production house -Domaine Chandon.
  • Melbourne River Cruise
    Discover the routes of the early settlers with this historical look at our famous Yarra River and surrounds. Experience the history of the Southern Hemisphere's largest port and relive it's involvement in Melbourne's settlement. Cruising up river is a rare chance to view wonderful scenic river gardens and Herring Island. The river passes one of the world's great Botanic Gardens, as well as the landscaped river banks and Melbourne's famous Sporting Precinct
  • Koalas and Kangaroos in the Wild
    Walk through natural bushland to meet wild koalas, then learn about each one's history and social life from your Wildlife Guide and Koala Researcher. Help collect important data, remove Boneseed (a weed) andmake a difference to koala habitat. Join wild mobs of Kangaroos on the plains and in open forests. Their natural instinct is to flee humans, but with care we often get close enough to take photographs and observe their complex social life. While we walk, help your Guide record sightings of all native wildlife. The natural environments we visit are also home to parrots, fairy-wrens, emus, honeyeaters, possums, wallabies and lizards. Your Wildlife Guide will help you find and understand them, and teach you survey techniques that will be useful to you wherever you go. At the end of the day all participants will receive a certificate of thanks for helping wildlife, and an opportunity to stay in touch with each of the Koalas seen on the day.

Day 10 - Depart Melbourne
This morning you will be transferred to Melbourne airport and your flight to US.
