  • A valid passport and Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) is required for entry into Australia - see full details below

Note: As of 12:01 AM ET on June 12, 2022, CDC will no longer require air passengers traveling from a foreign country to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before they board their flight.

Please visit Australian Government's Web Page to read the most up-to-date entry requirements which are subject to change.

Electronic Travel Authority visa (subclass 601)

Visit Australia as often as you wish in a 12-month period. Stay up to 3 months each time you enter Australia. Valid US passport holders can apply for an ETA using the Australian ETA app. For full details click here.

You can download the Australian ETA app for free from the Apple Store (Apple) or Google Play store (Android).

We recommend you process your Australian ETA at the same time as purchasing your airline tickets.
