Day 1 - Arrive Sydney
Blessed with a temperate climate, Sydney is Australia’s favorite city with the world’s most beautiful harbor. Upon arrival, seat in coach transfer from Sydney International Airport to Pier One Sydney Harbour.

ACCOMMODATION - A luxury stay in the heart of Dawes Point awaits you at Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection. Within steps you'll find Sydney Harbour Bridge and Circular Quay within a 10-minute stroll.

Day 2 - Sydney - Half Day City Sights Tour
This morning you will be picked up from your hotel for your small group Panoramic Sydney Sights tour. Visit the historic Rocks area (Old Town of Sydney) and hear of the early convict history. Enjoy magnificent views of the Opera House, see Sydney Harbour Bridge and the shopping heart of the city including the Queen Victoria Building and Sydney Tower. Visit Sydney's trendy district, Oxford Street and elegant Paddington with its terrace houses. Arrive at the famous beaches - see Tamarama, Bronte and stop at the Bondi beachfront to stroll and enjoy a morning coffee or tea (at own expense). See surfers, famous Aussie lifesavers and Sydney's most spectacular panoramic viewpoint. Return to Sydney via Sydney Heads lookout, Watsons Bay, Kings Cross & Mrs Macquaries Point for unsurpassed views of the Harbour Bridge & Opera House

Day 3 - Sydney - Hop On Hop Off Cruise
Board your Captain Cook Cruises vessel at Jetty 6 Circular Quay or Pier 26 Darling Harbour to commence a Hop On Hop Off cruise. Travel aboard a 25 metre motorised Rocket Ferry vessel and enjoy a fun and easy way to explore Sydney including commentary from your Captain. Sit back and relax as your vessel cruises around Sydney Harbour and stops at harbourside attractions including Darling Harbour, Fort Denison, Garden Island (including admission to the Naval Heritage Museum), Shark Island, Taronga Zoo, Watsons Bay, Luna Park, Circular Quay and Manly, where you are able to hop on and off over a 24 hour period. Alternatively stay on board the vessel for an enjoyable 90 minute round trip journey.

Day 4 - Sydney - Blue Mountains Day Tour
Visit Scenic World and dare yourself to ride the steepest Railway in the world with spectacular views of the Three Sisters and the Valley. Go through the quaint village of Leura showing the beautiful stores, houses and gardens along the way to Reids Plateau. A picturesque view of the Jamison Valley, taking in the rear view of the Three Sisters away from the crowds. Return to Sydney by way of Featherdale Wildlife Park, with a chance to cuddle up to a koala or feed the baby wallabies. Your trip to Sydney is not complete without a cruise on Parramatta River to Sydney Harbour Circular Quay.

Day 5 - Sydney - Lets Go Surfing OR Hop on Hop off city bus tour
Today your choice:

Head to world famous Bondi beach for a beginner course on how to safely get out and up onto your first wave. You will be taught in a small group setting so you get plenty of hands-on help. To build up your knowledge and confidence, first start out on the beach and you will be taught how to recognize surf conditions and practice your surfing technique before you get into the water. Then it's off into the ocean, where you start off in broken waves - the white foam created after the waves run their course.

OR

Cross Sydney Harbor and visit Taronga Zoo for a VIP tour led by an expert guide which offers an excellent introduction to Australia's wildlife and brings you close to the animals. There are plenty of photographic opportunities with kangaroos, wallabies, birds, wombats, echidnas and reptiles. Tour concludes approximately 1.5 hours after commencement.

Day 6 - Sydney - Ayers Rock
Depart Sydney for Ayers Rock and take the courtesy shuttle transfer on arrival to the Desert Garden hotel - your base for two nights.

Uluru (Ayers Rock), in the heart of the Red Center, has a desert climate - mostly dry, with brilliant blue skies all year. It is a World Heritage Area, managed jointly by the Aboriginal traditional owners and the Australian Nature Conservation Agency. You will spend two nights at the centrally Desert Garden Hotel, Ayers Rock Resort. The resort is a short stroll to numerous lookouts, where you can view what is arguably Australia's best sunset, with the spectacular play of colors across the face of Uluru and the surrounding desert.

ACCOMMODATION - Named after the soaring white sails that crown its roof, Voyages Sails in the Desert is the premium hotel at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort. Relax in spacious, beautifully appointed rooms, enjoy cocktails by the pool, or stroll through the hotel's acclaimed Mulgara Gallery.

Admission to limited time "Field of Light" art installation included. Delve into the experiential artwork in a number of different ways with the Field of Light Pass which includes return coach transfers to the remote site with ample time to experience the installation.   • Night at Field of Light
    A Night at Field of Light' experience begins with a convenient hotel pick-up and transfer to the remote desert location with majestic views of Uluru. With Uluru as the backdrop, guests enjoy canapés and chilled sparkling wine to the sounds of a didgeridoo as the sun slowly sets. As darkness gradually falls and the coloured lights of the 50,000 glass spheres come to life guests enjoy local Indigenous performance, welcoming them to this unique country, before being invited to join their fellow travelers at their dinner table for a special three-course bush tucker inspired buffet menu.     Entered into the Australian Tourism Hall of Fame, Sounds of Silence offers the best of the Red Centre distilled into four magical hours. An unforgettable evening, eating beautifully prepared food under the sparkling outback sky. The journey begins on a lone sand dune. A meandering path takes participants to an uninterrupted, 360 degree view of this vast landscape. In front is the fabled Uluru; behind are the domes of Kata Tjuta and, possibly the most spectacular sunset you have ever seen. Here enjoy sparkling wine and a selection of delectable canapés. As the sun sets in a blaze of reds and oranges, and well into the starlit night, feast on a gourmet barbecue buffet of authentic Australian delicacies including barramundi, kangaroo, emu, crocodile, bush salads and classic desserts, complemented by some of Australia's finest wines. Attention then turns to some of the world's best stargazing, as the resident astronomer takes diners on an unforgettable tour of the spectacular southern night sky. As dinner winds down, select from a choice of tea, coffee or port. In winter, guests gather around a campfire to savor a special treat of hot mulled wine.

Day 7 - Ayers Rock - Uluru Sunrise Tour 
Travel towards Uluru, where its vast shape rises from the sand dunes in the early dawn light highlighting its presence in this country. Stop at a special location to watch the sun rise over this amazing monolith and enjoy a picnic breakfast. Travel to Mutitjulu Waterhole where you will learn the Creation stories of Liru (poisonous snake) and Kuniya (python). Then drive around the base of Uluru hearing the cultural stories of the Mala people before returning to the resort.

Day 8 - Ayers Rock to Cairns, transfer to Port Douglas
Fly to tropical North Queensland. Transfer by seat in coach an hour north of Cairns to Port Douglas, the closest town to the Great Barrier Reef with Rainforest clad mountains sweeping down to sparkling sandy beaches.

ACCOMMODATION - Arrive at Shantara Resort Port Douglas and be greeted by the relaxed and tranquil environment. The courtyard’s two lagoon style swimming pools cleverly encircle the apartment courtyard to provide ground level apartments with poolside access. Shantara is an Adults only retreat with Boutique Holiday Apartments suited for couples or the independent traveler looking for tranquility. The studio rooms have kitchenettes and are perfect for the shorter stay, all rooms have an outdoor balcony facing one of the pools

Day 9 - Port Douglas - Great Barrier Reef
Board your Quicksilver vessel at Marina Mirage Port Douglas to commence a full day cruise. Travel aboard Quicksilver's 45.5 metre high speed wave piercing catamaran in air-conditioned comfort to a spacious reef activity platform moored in protective lagoons at the renowned Agincourt Reef, on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Quicksilver has facilities to enable both swimmers and non-swimmers to experience this stunning reef world. Explore the reef from the comfort of a semi-submersible, the underwater observatory or by snorkeling. A range of optional activities are available including up to two dives for certified divers, and novices can experience the magic of scuba with a qualified dive instructor or an Oceanwalker helmet dive. Also available are guided snorkeling tours with a marine biologist and scenic helicopter flights over the reef (all optional activities at own expense). Enjoy lunch on board. Cruise concludes at approximately 4.30pm, at Marina Mirage Port Douglas

Day 10 - Port Douglas - Mossman Gorge & Aboriginal Dreamtime Walk
Travel north along the scenic coastal road to arrive at Mossman Gorge Centre and enjoy an Indigenous presentation by the traditional owners of the gorge, the Kuku Yalanji people before boarding the eco shuttle for the transfer into Mossman Gorge. Your guide will take you on a walk sharing their knowledge of this enchanting rainforest environment. Learn about the fascinating secrets of one of the world's oldest rainforests. Upon conclusion of the cruise, commence the return journey to Port Douglas

Day 11 - Port Douglas
