Day 3 - Arrive Sydney
Blessed with a temperate climate, Sydney is Australia’s favorite city with the world’s most beautiful harbor. You will be transferred by small vehicle shuttle to the Sydney Intercontinental. You will spend four nights at this superbly situated hotel.

Rising majestically behind the 1851 Treasury Building’s sandstone façade, now a listed heritage building right in the heart of Sydney. The Intercontinental offers panoramic views over the entire city, and all rooms are tastefully furnished with the attention to detail expected of this internationally renowned, five star hotel group. Walk out of the lobby and straight into Sydney’s Royal Botanical Gardens, literally across the street, marvel at the latest exhibition in the Art Gallery of New South Wales or stroll down to the famous Sydney Opera House. All of these attractions and more are within easy walking distance of the hotel. In house facilities include a fully equipped gym and heated indoor swimming pool.

Day 4 - Sydney - Half Day City Sights tour / Half Day Harbour Cruise
This morning you will be picked up from your hotel for your small group Panoramic Sydney Sights tour. Commence a morning Panoramic Sydney Sights tour. Visit the historic Rocks area (Old Town of Sydney) and hear of the early convict history. Enjoy magnificent views of the Opera House, see Sydney Harbour Bridge and the shopping heart of the city including the Queen Victoria Building and Sydney Tower. Visit Sydney's trendy district, Oxford Street and elegant Paddington with its terrace houses. Arrive at the famous beaches - see Tamarama, Bronte and stop at the Bondi beachfront to stroll and enjoy a morning coffee or tea (at own expense). See surfers, famous Aussie lifesavers and Sydney's most spectacular panoramic viewpoint. Return to Sydney via Sydney Heads lookout, Watsons Bay, Kings Cross and Mrs Macquarie's Point for unsurpassed views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.

At the conclusion of your tour the driver will drop you at the Commissioners Steps, Circular Quay, the departure point for your luxury 4 hour small boat Sydney harbour cruise experience.

Be engulfed by the beauty of Sydney as you 'cruise like a local' aboard Calypso, a 52 foot motor yacht. Cruise the foreshores of Sydney Harbour past world famous, iconic landmarks including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House before dropping anchor in a secluded cove to enjoy lunch. Then there is the opportunity to go for a swim, row into the beach, try your luck at fishing or just relax.

Day 5 - Sydney - Small Group Blue Mountains Day Tour
A Diamond Tours vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Blue Mountains tour. Before heading west, enjoy some of the sites of the Sydney Central Business District. Once out of Sydney we’ll visit Canada Bay area before arriving in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Enjoy morning tea at the Conservation Hut at Wentworth Falls. Arrive at Scenic World and join the Blue Mountains rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway and Skyway (own expense). Experience the Scenic Skyway and the thrill of walking on air with a see-through glass floor showing views of the valley 200 metres below. Or dare yourself to ride the steepest railway, with an incline of 52 degrees. After enjoying a stroll through the ancient rainforest, ride the Scenic Cableway and see spectacular views of the Three Sisters and vast expanse of the Jamison Valley, then visit Echo Point for the closest and best view of the Three Sisters. Travel through the quaint village of Leura on the way to Sublime Point for picturesque views of the Jamison Valley. Enjoy lunch then return to Sydney via Featherdale Wildlife Park where you can encounter Australian native animals. Cuddle up to a Koala or feed the baby Wallabies. Last stop is Cabarita (Inner West) to board the Rivercat ferry for a relaxing cruise to Circular Quay, and view the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Tour concludes at approximately 5.15pm at Circular Quay.

Day 6 - Sydney at your leisure

Day 7 - Fly Sydney - Hamilton Island and launch to Hayman Island, Great Barrier Reef
You will be transferred by small vehicle shuttle to the Sydney airport. Fly Sydney to Hamilton Island and connection to luxury boat launch from Hamilton Island to Hayman Island. You will spend four nights on Hayman Island.

Marvel at the shades of a thousand different shimmering fish – like the yellow tailed fusiliers that brush close enough to touch your eyelids. Water sports include water-skiing, kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing and paddle skiing.

Day 11 - Fly Hamilton Island to Cairns - Silky Oaks, Daintree Rainforest
Board the luxury boat launch from Hayman Island to Hamilton Island and connect with flight to Cairns.

Upon arrival in Cairns you will privately transferred to Silky Oaks Wilderness Lodge where you will spend the next two nights. Included in your stay – full buffet breakfast, selected guided rainforest walks, canoeing & snorkeling on the Mossman River, bicycles, tennis and Courtesy transfer service to and from Port Douglas scheduled daily.

Day 13 - Depart Silky Oaks - Cairns  
This afternoon transfer from Silky Oaks to Cairns and spend your last night in Australia at the Shangri La Hotel, The Marina, Cairns. Enjoy an evening in Cairns in the centrally located Shangri La The Marina, superbly positioned within the cosmopolitan Pier shopping complex, overlooking the Marlin Marina and the Coral Sea.

Day 14 - Depart Cairns for US
Early morning transfer to Cairns airport to flights to US (via Brisbane or Sydney)
