Freycinet Lodge

Midway up Tasmania's East Coast, Freycinet Peninsula lies on the 42nd degree latitude line, experiencing a climate similar to southern France. The area enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine every year, and is famous for its local wineries, fresh farm produce and freshly caught seafood. Freycinet Lodge successfully integrates superb accommodation with the natural environment. Cabins range from two-room family cabins to spa suites. Freycinet is just a pleasant two and a half hours drive south of Launceston along the Midlands Highway (A1), or north of Hobart up the East Coast.

Freycinet Cabin: The Freycinet cabin is a large one-room cabin, suitable for a couple or two adults and a child. The lounge/sitting area is part of this area and a balcony is accessed via glass doors. Bedding configuration consists of one (1) queen size bed and one (1) double sofa bed. Cabin has a private balcony, tea & coffee making facilities, refrigerator, ceiling fan, electric heating, en-suite bathroom and shower.

Oyster Bay Cabin: The Oyster Bay cabin is a two-room cabin ideal for families. The main room features the lounge/sitting area as well as the main bedroom. The second room is accessed from the main room. Bedding configuration consists of one (1) king bed in the main room and one single and two bunk beds in the second room. There is an en-suite bathroom accessed from the main room. Cabin has a private balcony, tea & coffee making facilities, refrigerator, ceiling fan, electric heating, en-suite bathroom and shower.

Wineglass Cabin: The Wineglass cabin is a one-room cabin ideal for couples wanting a little extra, especially if they are on a honeymoon, an indulgent holiday, or like to relax with extra comforts after a day's hiking in beautiful Freycinet National Park. Bedding configuration consists of one (1) king size bed and one (1) double sofa bed. Cabin has a balcony, tea & coffee making facilities, refrigerator, ceiling fan, electric heating, ensuite bathroom with shower and corner spa.

Deluxe Wineglass Cabin: This deluxe cabin has one (1) queen size bed and one (1) double sofa bed, CD player (CD library is available at Reception), plunger coffee, fluffy bathrobes, extra furnishing touches.

Premier Wineglass Cabin: Premier cabin is a spacious open-plan spa cabin for the very discerning traveller. Ideal for couples and a maximum of 2 adults. It features (1) king size bed, day bed, private balcony, large spa with private outlook, separate ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower, CD player (CD library is available at Reception), plunger coffee and quality tea making facilities, refrigerator and bar facility, electric heating and ceiling fan.
