Day 1 - Sydney to Canberra
Commence a full day tour to Canberra. Journey to Canberra with a morning break near quaint Berrima. On arrival into Canberra, travel to the summit of Mt Ainslie for a view of Canberra and surrounds. Arrive at the Australian War Memorial which combines a shrine, a world class museum and extensive archive. Hear the history of the ANZAC's as you travel along the boulevard dedicated to the participants of two world wars. After lunch (own expense), join a private guided tour of either the National Museum of Australia or the National Gallery (subject to change due to current exhibits and displays). Gain an insight into the workings of the capital of Australia with a private guided tour of Parliament House with the opportunity to view the upper or lower Houses of Parliament (when in session). See the Lodge, the Prime Minister's residence and travel the pretty tree-lined streets and view diplomatic homes and embassies of many foreign ambassadors, reflecting their fascinating cultures and architecture. See Captain Cook Memorial Fountain, the National Library and the High-Court, view Carillons beautiful bell tower and the gardens of Commonwealth Park. At the conclusion of your tour transfer to the QT Canberra.

Day 2 - Hot Air Balloon over Canberra
Commence a Half Day Balloon Flight Tour. Canberra is a beautiful city of lakes, parks, national buildings and colorful tree lined streets surrounded by bush land and mountains. To view this remarkable planned city from a balloon provides a unique perspective. No other way of seeing Canberra so effectively brings together designer Walter Burley Griffin's vision and how it has been translated into the vibrant capital that Canberra has become. Your experience starts with meeting at the Hyatt Hotel 30 minutes before sunrise and ends after landing with a traditional champagne celebration and commemorative Flight Certificate.

This afternoon Is at leisure to explore Canberra – we recommend taking the First Australians tour at the National Museum or visiting the Australian Institute of Sport and see how Australia’s Olympians and top athletes train (additional cost applies).

Day 3 - Jamala Wildlife Lodge
Welcome to Jamala Wildlife Lodge, the ultimate overnight safari at the National Zoo and Aquarium and Canberra's first luxury lodge experience. You will meet many of the most dangerous and endangered species on earth and learn how you can help their survival. The room rate includes your overnight accommodation, all food and dinner beverages and exclusive tours. There are three magnificent accommodation options Ushaka Lodge, Giraffe Tree Houses and Jungle Bungalows each with their own unique wildlife experience.

Day 4 - Jamala Wildlife Lodge
Enjoy the full day & evening program getting up close with the animals at Jamala and the National Zoo

Day 5 - Depart Canberra
This morning, it’s time to say farewell to Jamala & Canberra. You will be transferred by car service to Canberra Airport for your next destination within Australia
