Litchfield National Park and Katherine
Litchfield National Park lies 60 miles south of Darwin and is renowned for its beautiful waterfalls, sheer cliffs and amazing rock formations.
Further south is the township of Katherine and Nitmiluk National Park, home to Katherine Gorge. Take a cruise on the Katherine River where sheer sandstone cliffs are reflected in the shimmering water and freshwater crocodiles abound.

Kakadu National Park and Arnhem Land
East of Darwin lies the World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park. Cruise the Yellow Waters and see crocodiles, jabiru, a vast number of birds and wild brumbies (horses) on the banks of the river.
Visit the Aboriginal rock art sites of Ubirr and Nourlangie and see ancient art and stories of the Aboriginal people recorded on the walls of the caves. Kakadu also boasts the spectacular waterfalls of Jim Jim & Twin Falls and many beautiful Gorges such as Barramundi Gorge.
Arnhem Land boasts a wild primeval, ancient landscape which is justly regarded as one of Australia’s last frontiers. Owned and inhabited by the Aboriginal people, Arnhem Land has a diverse mix of clans speaking over 40 separate languages and amazing rock art.
