Day 4 - Melbourne - Cultural Walking
This morning enjoy a 3 hour walking tour of Melbourne. Once described as a 'comprehensive highlight of the city' this tour is a must for any visitor or local resident. With equal enthusiasm for the past and present, your guide will take you on a fun and relaxed adventure through Melbourne's cultural landscape. Starting with Melbourne's Aboriginal history you will weave your way through various cityscapes to learn about Melbourne's past - from early settlement to the gold rush boom and rich influence of the city's immigrants.

Day 5 - Melbourne - Great Ocean
Depart Melbourne and travel towards Australia's famous surfing beaches. Pass through the coastal towns of Lorne and Apollo Bay with stops along the way to take in the breathtaking views. Visit the village and enjoy a light lunch. Journey through the luscious surrounds of the Otway ranges and some of the tallest eucalyptus trees in Australia. Discover the Shipwreck Coast, stroll along the historic beaches and see Loch Ard Gorge. Arrive at the 12 Apostles and descend the Gibsons Steps where you will be dwarfed by the high cliff line and these enormous offshore stacks. Return to Melbourne after an amazing day filled with Australia's most dramatic coastal scenery.

Day 6 -
Melbourne - Hobart, Tasmania.
A short hop across the Tasman Sea via a short Virgin Australia flight from Melbourne to Hobart, Tasmania for 3 nights.
Hobart and the surrounding area offer a fantastic contrast. Cruise the Derwent river, sip coffee under the sun umbrellas of Salamanca Square or soak up the seafaring vibe of Hobart’s first suburb, Battery Point. Just 20 minutes from Hobart’s 19th century sandstone warehouses lies windswept Mount Wellington. A little further to the south-east, wind past the Coal Valley’s cool-climate wineries to the historic towns of Huonville and Richmond. In the coastal hamlet of Kettering, you can take a car ferry to Bruny Island or a wildlife cruise past crags, caves and sea cliffs. From crescent-shaped Cockle Creek, you can sense the World Heritage-listed wilderness of Southwest National Park even if you never step beyond the beach. Learn about life as a mid-19th century prisoner at the Port Arthur Historic Site on the Tasman Peninsula..

Day 7 -
Walking tour of Hobart
Discover Hobart by foot and hear the fascinating stories of how Tasmania's capital city was established and how it became the vibrant waterfront city it now is. Your local guide will identify the heritage listed buildings and tell the stories of the many characters and issues that were major influences in the early days of Hobart. Tour concludes at Hobart Travel Centre, approximately 1.5 hour after departure.
Day 8 - Port Arthur
Historic Site and Tasmanian Devils
This morning collect your medium automatic rental car & commence a short drive to the Tasman Peninsula, visit some of the highest sea cliffs in Australia, with stops at the Tasman Arch, the Devils Kitchen and the amazing Waterfall Bay. Consider stopping at the Devil Conservation Park, where you can witness the Devils feeding, followed by the excellent Kings of the Wind free flight bird show (entrance fee not included). The afternoon is spent at Port Arthur Historic Site. Explore the site, feel the isolation of the convicts, discover the grim and violent history. Enjoy an afternoon of discovery with plenty of time to explore ruins and spooky corners. The afternoon includes a guided walking tour and a short harbor cruise. Finish the day with a stop at Tassie's prettiest historic village Richmond; with Australia's oldest bridge, hand built by convicts. Return to Hobart & return your rental car.

Day 9 - Hobart to
This morning depart Hobart by flight to Sydney for an exciting 3 nights stay. Blessed with a temperate climate, Sydney is Australia’s favorite city with the world’s most beautiful harbor. The harbor provides a playground for jet boating, sailing, swimming, harbor scenic flights, dining, fishing, climbing the harbor bridge and sightseeing at the Opera House.
On arrival into Sydney you will be transferred by shuttle service to the Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Town Hall

First stop is Observatory Hill which has a beautiful view of the Harbour and Harbour Bridge from the Gazebo Platform. Learn about the arrival of the first fleet and convicts, and see the historic Rocks area. Drive through the city to view iconic buildings on the way to Mrs Macquarie's Chair with views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Head to famous Bondi Beach for the opportunity to walk from Icebergs Restaurant South Bondi around the Esplanade to North Bondi. Then head to Watsons Bay for views of the city and shimmering water, and South Head. Travel back into the city and cross over the Sydney Harbour Bridge to North Head to view Balmoral Beach and enjoy a leisurely walk. Visit a secret location in Middle Head with amazing panoramic views of all of the Sydney region from North Head to the South including the City. Tour concludes at Taronga Zoo Ferry Wharf with an option of taking the ferry back to Circular Quay or enjoying the rest of the day at Taronga Zoo (entry at own expense). Enjoy a small group tour to the Blue Mountains and see hidden locations and beautiful views of the region.
