Day 1 - Depart Los Angeles for Sydney with

South Australia’s capital city, Adelaide, is a vibrant hub buzzing with life, boasting great food and wine at more than 700 restaurants cafes and pubs, great retail therapy in Rundle Mall and the “cultural boulevard” of North Terrace. It is home to some of Australia’s best museums and the South Australian Art Gallery. Everything is so close in Adelaide, with the beach just 20 minutes by tram from the city center, and many of the state’s regions within two hours drive away. Enjoy a day at leisure and take in everything that Adelaide has to offer.

Day 4 -
Road to Kangaroo Island
Our road to KI is an unexpected delight a genuine adventure embracing premium local food and wine, exhilarating off-road tracks through pristine national parks, wildlife sightings, a delicious outdoor lunch and a sensational beach drive. By using our exclusive route with access to locations not available to other operators, this tour offers visitors a unique opportunity to discover the hidden gems of the richly endowed Fleurieu Peninsula. The road finishes at Cape Jervis in good time for the afternoon Sealink ferry to Kangaroo Island some 14 km across the water. On the way to the Cape experience a spectacular ocean beach drive, sample some of McLaren Vale's acclaimed Shiraz at a quirky cellar door, and learn about the history and geology of this ancient peninsula before embarking for South Australia's own Galapagos Island. On arrival on to Kangaroo Island you will be met and transferred to the township of American River & your accommodation for the next two nights, Kangaroo Island Lodge where you will enjoy a relaxing dinner (included in your package).

Day 5 -
An Exceptional Kangaroo Island vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day KI Adventure Island Life 4WD tour. Stroll through a eucalypt forest spotting koalas snoozing overhead. Travel through some of the Island's best farming country to the North Coast. Visit the habitat of the world's rarest cockatoo and seek out wallabies and kangaroos in the wild. Enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch in a bush setting, accompanied by South Australian wines, beer or soft drinks. After lunch, visit Seal Bay where you can walk amongst the Australian Sea Lions with your guide on a beautiful sandy beach, and learn about their unique breeding biology. The afternoon is spent exploring more of the south east region of the island before being transferred back to your accommodation for dinner.

Day 6 -
Kangaroo Island - Adelaide
An Exceptional Kangaroo Island vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence your second day of touring on the Island, today focusing on the Flinders Chase area. Flinders Chase National Park provides a breeding habitat for the rare Cape Barren Goose and is also home to a wide variety of wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, possums, goannas, echidnas, koalas, platypus and a myriad of bird species. Visit Remarkable Rocks, huge natural granite sculptures, Admirals Arch a spectacular coastal grotto and a New Zealand fur seal colony before enjoying an elegant picnic lunch in the bush. In the afternoon sample more of Kangaroo Island, before being set down at Kingscote Airport for the return flight to Adelaide. Tour concludes at approximately 6:00pm at Adelaide Airport. On arrival into Adelaide you will be transferred to the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 7 -
Adelaide - Cairns, Port Douglas
This morning you will be collected for your private car transfer to Adelaide airport. Depart Adelaide on your flight to Cairns. On arrival in Cairns, you will met by your seat in coach transfer driver and transferred along the stunning coastal drive to the beach town of Port Douglas, and your accommodation for the next four nights, Shantara Resort & Spa. Port Douglas is the gateway to the World Heritage wonders of Tropical North Queensland. It is the closest mainland port to the Great Barrier Reef and only a short drive into the heart of the Wet Tropics rainforest at Daintree and Cape Tribulation
ACCOMMODATION - Arrive at Shantara Resort Port Douglas and be greeted by the relaxed and tranquil environment. The courtyard’s two lagoon style swimming pools cleverly encircle the apartment courtyard to provide ground level apartments with poolside access. Shantara is an Adults only retreat with Boutique Holiday Apartments suited for couples or the independent traveler looking for tranquility. The studio rooms have kitchenettes and are perfect for the shorter stay, all rooms have an outdoor balcony facing one of the pools.

Great Barrier Reef Day Tour
Travel in air-conditioned comfort to a spacious reef activity platform moored in protective lagoons at the renowned Agincourt Reef, on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Quicksilver has facilities to enable both swimmers and non-swimmers to experience this stunning reef world. Explore the reef from the comfort of a semi-submersible, the underwater observatory or by snorkeling. Mossman Gorge & Aboriginal Dreamtime Walk
Travel north along the scenic coastal road to arrive at Mossman Gorge Centre and enjoy an Indigenous presentation by the traditional owners of the gorge, the Kuku Yalanji people before boarding the eco shuttle for the transfer into Mossman Gorge. Your guide will take you on a walk sharing their knowledge of this enchanting rainforest environment. Learn about the fascinating secrets of one of the world's oldest rainforests. Upon conclusion of the cruise, commence the return journey to Port Douglas
