Refine Your Itinerary
We consider itinerary planning collaborative process. if you would like to tweak any parts of the proposed itinerary we will refine your itinerary to ensure we craft your perfect trip.
Deposit Payment & Airfare
To confirm your itinerary we require a non-refundable deposit, airfares payment and copies of your valid passports.**
Once all your arrangements are confirmed we will send you a confirmed itinerary and invoice. At this time you have the choice to pay for your trip in full to guarantee the price or pay the balance six weeks before departure with a recalculation of current currency exchange.
Three weeks prior to departure your travel documents will be emailed to you. Your documents will include a detailed departure itinerary including contact details of our local affiliate offices who are available for support in local time whilst on your trip, Evouchers, Airline Eticket receipts & ETA confirmations (if applicable).
Bags are packed, passports and departure documents in hand, you embark on your custom journey. Our local offices are just a phone call away for any assistance you may need whilst you are on your trip.

* In our opinion and experience, after significant air travel time, your first airport transfer upon arriving internationally to your destination should be a private car service to ensure the most efficient transit to your accommodation. If you do not want a private car service we recommend a taxi or Uber to your accommodation. Throughout your trip we highly recommend private car service transfers for all your for all transfers to and from the airport, however if you prefer not to utilize this service we will confirm shuttle transfers with the understanding that such transfers are shared, the drivers do not offer assistance with luggage, make multiple stops to collect other passengers and have a pick up time window rather than a specified departure time
** Important: Before committing to your trip please ensure you hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from the date you plan to return to the USA.
