This itinerary was designed for a couple that wanted to explore the less traveled areas of Australia.  It's the Best of the Western Australia in this vacation, with deluxe accommodations in Cable Beach, Perth Australia, Broome and Sydney.  We added a five-day, five-night cruise aboard the True North Cruise line, which took them through the coral atolls off the northwest coast of Australia.  They enjoyed ventures by air, land and sea plus they had plenty of time for exploring the vast beauty of the remote Australia state. Suggested lenght: 16 days

Day 11
Daytime is at leisure to enjoy Cable Beach and Broome today, but this evening will be something extraordinary. You’ll ride camels on Cable Beach, waves lapping at your camel’s feet. Day 13 (D)
The day is yours. This evening, embark a luxurious five-day cruise aboard the True North through Coral Atolls. Enjoy cocktails as the pier slips away. Dinner is shortly after leaving port and then it's an overnight steam to the Rowley Shoals.
True North Cruise

Day 14 (B,L,D)
Arrive early at Clerke Reef. Enjoy breakfast before exploring the atoll's huge lagoon. Marvel at crystal clear waters teaming with life - clouds of fish and corals of every imaginable colour and shape. There will be plenty of opportunity for beach combing on Bedwell Island, relaxed snorkeling in tropical waist deep water or perhaps some "catch & release" lagoon fishing using eco-friendly tackle. The open-air bar will definitely be "the spot" to witness your first spectacular 'Rowley Sunset'.
True North Cruise

Day 15 (B,L,D)
Start the day with a visit to a snorkeling/scuba spot so pristine we call it the Aquarium. Even if you've never put your head under water before - this is an absolute must. The waist-deep water stars brilliantly colored corals, giant clams and more than 600 fish species at your fingertips. Then we'll try something unique - high-speed snorkel drifts through the outer reef. Our anchorage tonight is in the waters of Clerke Lagoon.
True North Cruise

Day 16 (B,L,D)
Another day in paradise. Plunge for an early morning swim before breakfast on the deck. Then our captain will "back-up" the boat to within inches of the reef and all you need to do is step off our rear steps. Outer reef snorkeling is a totally different experience - the sheer coral walls will take your breath away. Close encounters with humpback whales, manta rays and sailfish are also on the agenda. Finish the day with sunset drinks on the beach and an Island Party.
True North Cruise

Day 17 (B,L,D)
Take an early morning stroll on your very own sand cay before we enjoy a leisurely cruise to Mermaid Reef - the Rowley's northern-most atoll. We'll spend the day exploring the outer reef of this remote and untouched wilderness and, depending on the tide, you may become one of the few people who have ever walked on Mermaid's sand cay - it is completely submerged by tide twice a day. Then all too soon, it's time for our overnight steam to Broome.
True North Cruise

Day 18 (B)
Disembark from your cruise this morning and transfer back to Cable Beach for one more relaxing night. Perhaps you’d like to enjoy the world-class spa at your resort, the pool, or the serene meditative garden.
